Ashley Hooker is the founder and lead provider at Performance Hormone Health. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she focuses on helping men and women restore balance, energy, and confidence through individualized hormone replacement therapy. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all protocols, Ashley builds treatment plans around each patient’s unique labs, symptoms, and goals—ensuring care that feels personal, not transactional.

Her philosophy is simple: hormones are only part of the picture. She takes the time to connect with patients, discuss lifestyle factors, and create strategies that support long-term health and vitality. Patients know they can count on Ashley not just for prescriptions, but for ongoing guidance and honest support.

Ashley lives in Winston-Salem with her husband, Zach, and their two daughters. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll usually find her with family, outdoors, or connecting with the local wellness community.

Zachary Hooker is the office manager at Performance Hormone Health, where he oversees daily operations and supports patients throughout their care journey. A U.S. Navy Special Warfare veteran with years of leadership and project management experience, Zach brings discipline, organization, and a patient-first approach to the clinic. He works closely with providers to streamline processes, coordinate appointments, and ensure that every patient feels supported from their first call to ongoing care.

In addition to his role at Performance Hormone Health, Zach owns Performance Nutrition, a supplement store in Winston-Salem dedicated to helping the community pursue better health. He and his wife, Ashley, live locally with their two daughters, balancing family life with their shared passion for building businesses that make a difference.
