Healthcare shouldn’t feel like buying a used car. You deserve to know exactly what you’re paying before you ever walk through the door. That’s why our intake and membership fees are posted clearly, with no surprises, no fine print, and no “we’ll bill you later.”

 

  • Initial Intake: $175 one-time (includes medical assessment + baseline labs).

  • Monthly Membership: $150/month flat rate for men OR $125/month for women

 

For men, that membership includes everything you need for ongoing hormone care: Testosterone Cypionate (if clinically appropriate), all follow-up hormone labs, routine appointments, and unlimited messaging with your provider.

For women, hormone therapy is more complex and often requires a combination of medications. That’s why the $125 monthly membership covers your provider care, lab monitoring, and support, while prescriptions are sent to your local or compounding pharmacy and paid for separately.

We keep it simple, predictable, and transparent—because that’s the way it should be.

Beyond testosterone therapy, your membership is built like a concierge service for your health. That means you’re not just a chart number—you’ve got direct access to a provider who knows you and tailors care around your goals.

When appropriate, we can prescribe additional hormone medications, peptide therapies, and other advanced treatment options. If there’s a lab test you want, we can order it—no insurance gatekeepers telling you “no.”

But it doesn’t stop there. We take a functional medicine approach, which means we look at the whole picture. Need your medications sent to a local or compounding pharmacy? Done. Want a custom meal plan or workout plan to match your therapy? We’ll build it. Need straightforward advice on supplements, recovery, or lifestyle? We’ve got you covered.
